Χορήγηση Άδειας Διεξαγωγής Τυχερών Παιγνίων μέσω Διαδικτύου - (Focus στον ΟΤΕ)
Σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του ν.4002/2011 (Α 180), ιδία δε τις διατάξεις του άρθρου 45 αυτού, και τις διατάξεις των Κανονισμών Παιγνίων που θεσπίστηκαν για τη ρύθμιση της Διοργάνωσης και Διεξαγωγής Τυχερών Παιγνίων μέσω Διαδικτύου, ιδία δε τις με αριθμό 79305 ΕΞ 2020/23.07.2020 (Β 3262), 79835 ΕΞ 2020/24.07.2020 (Β 3265) και 79841 ΕΞ 2020/24.07.2020 (Β 3266) αποφάσεις του Υπουργού Οικονομικών, τα νομικά πρόσωπα που επιθυμούν τη χορήγηση Άδειας Διοργάνωσης και Διεξαγωγής Τυχερών Παιγνίων μέσω Διαδικτύου δύνανται να αιτηθούν αυτήν από την Ε.Ε.Ε.Π.. Για τη διεξαγωγή τυχερών παιγνίων μέσω διαδικτύου προβλέπονται αποκλειστικά δύο τύποι αδειών: άδεια για διεξαγωγή Διαδικτυακού Στοιχήματος, του δευτέρου εδαφίου της περίπτωσης γ' του άρθρου 25 του ν.4002/2011 (Α 180), και άδεια Λοιπών Διαδικτυακών Παιγνίων της περίπτωσης κβ' του άρθρου 25 του ν.4002/2011 (Α 180). Baillie Gifford Reduces Tesla Stake to Below 5%
Tesla Inc.'s long-term top external investor, U.K. fund manager Baillie Gifford & Co., said Wednesday that its stake in the electric-vehicle maker dropped to below 5% at the end of August but it intends to remain a long-term shareholder. The Edinburgh-based investment company said the recent rise in Tesla's share price meant it needed to reduce its holding due to guidelines which restrict the weight of a single stock in client portfolios. "However, we intend to remain significant shareholders for many years ahead. We remain very optimistic about the future of the company," James Anderson, co-manager of Baillie Gifford's flagship Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC, said. "Tesla no longer faces any difficulty in raising capital at scale from outside sources but should there be serious setbacks in the share price, we would welcome the opportunity to once again increase our shareholding," he said.
